About the role
We're looking for a Growth Engineer based in LATAM who understands the creator economy and knows how to run UGC and influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish. You'll find and onboard the right creators, manage day-to-day communication, coordinate content production, and track campaign performance. We're looking for someone proactive, organized, and deeply familiar with social media trends across LATAM.
What you'll do
- Research and recruit UGC creators and influencers across LATAM
- Manage creator communication, onboarding, briefs, deadlines, and follow-ups
- Run UGC and influencer campaigns from planning through delivery
- Review content and provide clear, actionable feedback
