Send it to someone good
They land on the open roles and apply like anyone else. Their application records that it came through you.
Get paid on the hire
When an application sent through your link reaches hired, 8x finance pays you 10 percent of that person's first-month salary.
What you are paid
10 percent of their first-month salary.
Paid once, after the person is hired and has started. Nothing is paid for an application that does not end in a hire, and there is no cap on how many people you refer.
The rules, in full
- One link per person. It never expires and never changes.
- Credit goes to the first link a person arrived through. A later link does not override it.
- Credit is recorded per application, from the link the person arrived through. If they apply to two roles, each application carries its own record.
- You see the role, the status and the date of every application sent through your link. You never see the applicant's name or email address.
- Payment is made by 8x finance after the hire. The application's status on your dashboard is the only status there is.
